We hope that you are happy with your recent order, but if your purchase isn’t suitable, you have 30 days to return it at no extra cost from the day it’s shipped. Please note the following:

1. Please ensure that items are returned with tags intact and in the original packaging. Used, or altered products will not be accepted.
2. If your item arrived faulty, please contact us at hello@crochetcollections.com before proceeding with the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized or made-to-order products. For any further assistance please reach out to our customer service team.

That’s why we have extended our returns policy to 100 days, giving you peace of mind before placing an order. Simply put, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days for an exchange or within 14 days for a refund.
